An Arrest Is Not a Conviction
An arrest does not prove guilt. A charge may be declined, changed, dismissed, or resolved in the accused person's favor, and a booking row does not state the final result. Later expunction, nondisclosure, amendment, or correction can also make an old copy misleading. Confirm the disposition with the relevant Williamson County clerk and any repository record with Texas DPS.
A search result is a lead, not a verdict. Only the custodian can confirm the current contents and whether the record remains public.
